Leanne is a lively and outgoing recruitment consultant specialising in construction, with a particular focus on plumbing and pipefitting roles. She enjoys connecting skilled tradespeople with the right opportunities while helping clients secure the reliable workforce they need to keep projects moving.

Shane is a Recruitment Consultant who enjoys meeting new people and building connections within the industry. With a friendly and proactive approach, he focuses on finding the right candidates and supporting the team to ensure clients are matched with the talent they need.

He’s not a fan of arrogant people and prefers working with those who value honesty and a good attitude. Shane also has a bit of a sweet tooth, with Turkish Delight being his guilty pleasure.

If he wasn’t working in recruitment, Shane reckons he’d be on a game show somewhere. And a fun fact? On TikTok he occasionally dresses up as Vector from Minions, which certainly keeps things entertaining.

Denise brings a people-first approach to recruitment, with a genuine passion for connecting the right individuals with the right opportunities. Known for her approachable nature and sharp eye for talent, she enjoys building strong relationships and helping candidates and businesses find the perfect fit.

Outside of work, Denise has a big love for animals and a good cup of coffee. She’s not a fan of winter or rainy days, but she’ll happily make up for it with her guilty pleasures, a little too much cheese and chocolate. If she hadn’t gone into recruitment, Denise says she would have pursued a career in dentistry.

Steve is a Finance Consultant and CIS Specialist, supporting clients and contractors across the construction sector. With a strong understanding of CIS processes and financial compliance, he ensures everything runs efficiently and accurately, helping to keep projects moving without disruption.

He takes a structured and reliable approach to his role, with a focus on delivering clear, practical solutions for both clients and candidates. Steve enjoys the fast-paced nature of the industry and takes pride in achieving the right outcomes for all parties involved.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys sunny holidays and making the most of good weather. If he wasn’t in recruitment, he believes he would have pursued a career in football.

His guilty pleasure is a cheeky Stella, and a standout fun fact — he once played football with David Beckham.
